You thought you did everything right. You bought those fancy business intelligence tools, spent all that money to implement them, and deployed the required reports and perhaps a few dashboards.

However, your users think:

BI is not working
Your BI team appears to keep reinventing the wheel
You still don’t seem to get the required information in a timely manner, or
You are simply wondering how you should define an appropriate BI roadmap for your organization.

This session will provide you necessary information about building a BI road map by considering four key areas: People, Process, Data, and Technology.
