Building a Successful Business Intelligence Road Map

You thought you did everything right.  You bought those fancy business intelligence tools, spent all that money to implement them, and deployed the required reports and perhaps a few dashboards.

However, your users think:

  • BI is not working
  • Your BI team appears to keep reinventing the wheel
  • You still don’t seem to get the required information in a timely manner, or
  • You are simply wondering how you should define an appropriate BI roadmap for your organization.

This session will provide you necessary information about building a BI road map by considering four key areas: People, Process, Data, and Technology.
